Ansteads Auctioneers

  1. All sales CASH, MasterCard, Visa or debit.
  2. All bidders must have a bidder number, $200.00 cash deposit required for a number, balance may be paid with MasterCard, Visa or debit. (Deposit is fully refundable if no purchase is made.)
  3. All items must be paid for prior to being removed from premises.
  4. All purchases are subjects to sales tax (unless you hold a valid resale permit, and you have registered it with us.)
  5. There is a 10% buyers premium on all purchases.
  6. All items are sold without any guarantee unless specified by auctioneer.
  7. You are responsible for items after they are sold.
  8. All items must be paid for by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday and removed by 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, (unless prior arrangements have been made with management). After 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, all items left are subject to a $20.00 per day storage charge. After 4 days, items will be considered abandoned.
  9. Any disputes on bids, or claming of the bid will be settled by the auctioneer. The auctioneer at his sole discretion may elect to re-open the bidding if two or more bidders are claming the bid.
  10. The auction will be videotaped, any disputes on the sale price will be settled on Thursday after the tape has been reviewed.
  11. All small miscellaneous items must be removed the day of the auction. We will not be responsible for small items left after the auction.
