- All sales CASH, MasterCard, Visa or debit.
- All bidders must have a bidder number, $200.00 cash deposit required for a number, balance may be paid with MasterCard, Visa or debit. (Deposit is fully refundable if no purchase is made.)
- All items must be paid for prior to being removed from premises.
- All purchases are subjects to sales tax (unless you hold a valid resale permit, and you have registered it with us.)
- There is a 10% buyers premium on all purchases.
- All items are sold without any guarantee unless specified by auctioneer.
- You are responsible for items after they are sold.
- All items must be paid for by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday and removed by 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, (unless prior arrangements have been made with management). After 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, all items left are subject to a $20.00 per day storage charge. After 4 days, items will be considered abandoned.
- Any disputes on bids, or claming of the bid will be settled by the auctioneer. The auctioneer at his sole discretion may elect to re-open the bidding if two or more bidders are claming the bid.
- The auction will be videotaped, any disputes on the sale price will be settled on Thursday after the tape has been reviewed.
- All small miscellaneous items must be removed the day of the auction. We will not be responsible for small items left after the auction.
